Details:	SUMMARY: Update on MPA and GWUDI DETAILS: The State needs some clarification on what the water system is proposing to do. Two rounds of MPA analysis were performed on the Well, two more are required by the end 2015. Since the last MPA analysis performed in February 2014 there has not been any further notification from the system on what they are doing. An e-mail from April 2014 from Robert Henry with HBH Consulting stated the system was looking at “fixing” the well on site. The State needs to know if the system would like to continue and collect the 2 more MPA by the end of 2015 or if you are self-declaring the well as groundwater directly influenced by surface water and proceeding with installing appropriate treatment. At the point of self-declaring or completing the MPA analysis you will have 18 months to install all treatment required. ACTION NEEDED: Waiting to hear from the board to see what they would like to do. Will send a corrective action letter with options.
