Details:	SUMMARY: Contact Tracer Testing DETAILS: Toledo Water Utilities owns and operates a water treatment plant (WTP) and distribution system that serves a population of approximately 3,585 people. There are approximately 1,325 connections within the system. Water is treated from the Siletz River and Mill Creek.A tracer study had been previously completed by the Circuit Rider. The water system plans to rehab the clearwell/reservoir at the water treatment plant. Linda Hughes with the City of Toledo contacted the Circuit Rider to provide assistance figuring the contact time that would be available to the treatment system with the clearwell off line. Processed data and performed calculations for the tracer testing on the system without reservoir in place. ACTION NEEDED: Provide additional assistance if needed for construction contact time calculations.
