| Details: | SUMMARY: water system significant deficiencies corrected DETAILS: Water survey was completed on 2/10/2015 for Idleyld Lodge:The significant deficiencies are as follows:1. Broken conduit that houses wiring entry into well for pump needs to be sealed – OAR 333-061-0076.2. No Coliform Sampling Plan (CSP) has been drafted for your system – OAR 333-061-0036(6)(b)(G). 3. You have no operations/maintenance manual for your water system - OAR 333-061-0065(4). 4. Your water system does not have an emergency response plan - OAR 333-061-0064(1) .The following recommendations were made:Large crack in concrete slab around the casing needs repair. The hose outside of the pump building needs a back siphon device added to prevent outside water contamination from entering the system. Inside pump building fix wall where insulation is exposed to prevent rodents and insects from infiltrating the walls. Add bird blocking to prevent potential nesting sites for birds and entrance points for rodents and insects. ACTION NEEDED: Significant deficiencies were corrected:1. Broken conduit that houses wire entry into well pump has been sealed.2. Coliform sampling plan has been completed3. Operations and Maintenance manual for the water system has been completed.4. Emergency response plan for the system has been completed.The following recommendations have been corrected:1. Large cracks in the concrete slab have been fixed with additional concrete. A back siphon device has been added to the pump building Inside of pump build walls have been sealed to prevent rodents and insects from entering the building.
