Details: | SUMMARY: Customer Complaint DETAILS: A customer called to complain about the fact they receive a consumer confidence report at one of their homes but not for a second home in the City of Prescott. They were concerned about the water quality due to high levels of arsenic in the water but receive no regular information about the water system like they do from the other water supplier. We discussed the CCR requirements and that they apply to every water system. We also discussed the latest sanitary survey. The caller also complained about the City refusing to provide bills to customers and stated that the City claims the cost of mailing bills to customers is too high. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up or enforcement as appropriate due to significant deficiencies identified during the most recent sanitary survey. |
