Details:	SUMMARY: TC MCL violation for August DETAILS: The system collected 5 temporary routine samples on 8/3/15. Two of the samples came back total coliform positive. A source sample was collected on 8/5/15 which was absent for bacteria. The system has a MCL violation for August. A Tier 2 public notice will be required. A template was emailed to the city recorder. Notice is to be distributed to customers served by the water system by early September. Additional samples will be required in September. ACTION NEEDED: Distribute public notice and send a copy to DWS. Take 5 temporary routine samples in September.
