Details: SUMMARY: Repeat TC+ alert follow up DETAILS: Following 8/11 routine total coliform positive, 2 of 4 repeats total coliform positive also. Well sample absent. Called Terry and he will chlorinate after 1st of the month and resample. Helped Terry with PN which will be distributed with August bill and advise of upcoming chlorination. ACTION NEEDED: Distribute PN and get copy to me. Chlorinate and ensure all chlorine is gone before resampling. 5 temp routines in early September can act as verification samples.
