| Details: | SUMMARY: Updates to monthly SWTR. DETAILS: Karen Kelley called to report that the City of Albany reported the finished water temperature incorrectly for WTP-A for the months of February through June 2015. The temperature was reported as 9.4 degrees. To assure that CT had always been met I calculated the CT required using 8.2 degrees (which is more conservative than 9.4 degrees) for days with the lowest Actual CT. The Required CT was always met. Albany has since repaired the thermometer recording device, trained employees to report instrument problems, and trained employees on the importance of CT calculations and how to calculate CT. Karen also reported that for WTP-A, the CT values and calculations submitted to DWSs for the month of April 2015 were inaccurate. CT was met on all days. An updated report will be sent and a copy will be placed in the file and in the Water System Electronic file. ACTION NEEDED: Review updated CT report and file copies. | ||
