Details: SUMMARY: Carbon Dioxide Removal System for pH Adjustment DETAILS: Pete’s Mountain Water Company has groundwater system which serves a rural area of Clackamas County southwest of West Linn. The system has 88 connections with an estimated population of 250. The water system pulls water from a single well. There is an older well which is not usable due to a drop in the water table. Ms. Webber contacted the Circuit Rider for advice on planning and operation of the water system. There have been requests made for additional properties to connect to the water company’s distribution system. At the same time, the level in the well appears to be dropping. Provided advice regarding general water system planning and water conservation plans. Also reviewed existing operation of the water system. Recommended that the system consider some master planning effort prior to taking on additional customers. ACTION NEEDED: None needed at this time.
