Details:	SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Contacted Cody Ott to determine what corrective action has been completed for the significant deficiencies listed in the sanitary survey of 4/30/15 . Mr. Ott stated he has stopped using the chlorinator . Bleach in not being added to the supply reservoir and the dosing pump has been unplugged . The requirements of NSF 60 bleach, DPD test kit, chlorine residual testing, and annual source assessment are no longer applicable. The system is current on routine quarterly coliform testing and annual nitrate testing. ACTION NEEDED: No further action required.
