Details: SUMMARY: Ecoli positive for sample date 9-30-15 DETAILS: I contacted the operator & left her a message. I let her know that the system had an ecoli positive sample & the system needs to be on a boil. The lab let me know that they let the operator know on Friday night. I sent the operator information such as FAQ when on a boil, boil template & resources available. ACTION NEEDED: obtain copy of public notice. Monitor further sampling.
