| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform positive-- sample date 10113/2015 DETAILS: The well is located in parking lot and store manager believes well was possibly hit by vehicle resulting in sediment falling into well. Initial sample site was at hand wash sink taken on October 6th, 2015 and was tested positive for total coliforms. Firm was sent information on how to eliminate coliforms from well. Table Rock Analytical Laboratory collected four repeat samples and one triggered source sample on October 13th, 2015. Two out of the four repeat samples were positive for total coliforms . ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine samples will be required in November (no source samples). A public notice is required to be displayed until the next round of passing samples is received | ||
