Details: SUMMARY: Routine Sample 11/11/2015 Total Coliform Positive, Triggered Repeats 11/16/2015 Total Coliform Positive DETAILS: Spoke with Silas Olson. Coliform letter will be mailed out with bills in the coming 30 days. Five temporary routine samples will be taken in December including one at the source. ACTION NEEDED: Silas plans to investigate how this system could be now coming up with positive total coliform samples despite excellent results for the last 8 years, as well as solutions.
