Details: SUMMARY: Confirmed E. Coli in the Source DETAILS: Contact Neil Jensen at the Department of Agriculture regarding the confirmed E. coli in Well - L83657. Mr. Jensen indicated that the water system was already on a boil water notice after they received their source assessment sample which was collected on December 4, 2015. Mr. Jensen said that he would contact the system an confirmed that they have a issued a boil water notice. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Jensen will contact the water system regarding the confirmed E. coli and the requirement for the system to issue a boil water notice. Mr. Jensen will also complete a a GWR evaluation form.
