| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead and Copper sampling and TC DETAILS: 12/7/15 Jan contacted me about next steps for L/C sampling and coliform sampling. She said they changed out the faucet at the sample site that was high (horse arena) and they plan on retesting but she wasnt sure if they needed to retest all of the sites or not. I informed Jan she still needed to do Public Education and sent her the template. I also attached the 3Ts document. I told her once shes completed the plumbing profile she needed to resample all 5 sites. In addition, another round in the first half of 2016. 12/8/15 Pam had all of the sites retested and they all came back ND. 12/21/15 I again sent her an email reminding her that they needed to do PE still. I also reminded her that they still needed to do PN for coliform (didnt do the repeats). ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
