Details:	SUMMARY: Yearly source assessment schedule no longer needed since the system no longer chlorinates DETAILS: Todd Honeywell called on December 17, 2015, regarding the requirement to collect a yearly source assessment sample. Mr. Honeywell informed DWS that the chlorinator was removed prior to the 2015 operating season. The redwood tank has been removed so the system no longer needs to treat for residual maintanece and as a result the ssytem does not need to collect yearly source assessment samples. ACTION NEEDED: Yearly source assessment schedule no longer needed since the system no longer chlorinates. Remove annual source assessment schedule starting in 2015.
