Details: SUMMARY: confirmed receipt of survey letter DETAILS: Randy confirmed receipt of system survey letter dated 11/23/15 He noted:1. the bridge water board remained divided whether surface water treatment or investing in spring work in hopes to maintain ground water status was best choice. 2. HBH (Rob Henry) was undecided how to collect valid MPA samples for spring 6-- 3. Randy was hopeful HBH would provide cost estimates of going to surface water treatment with some broad design ideas and provide recommendation on logical mechanisms to collect source samples - specifically concerned with monthly source samples required for spring 3 in immediate future.4. Bridge district might abandon spring #6 if needed to avoid surface water regs.5. Without base line to consider surface water treatment other ideas on how to address deficiencies for ground water rule (fence springs, finish overflow for spring 1, etc.)6. Sample tap post chlorine injection point is now in place7. Anticipate leaks to tanks to be fixed on any dry - warm day in near future. ACTION NEEDED: none
