Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed public notice and compliance schedule DETAILS: David called to get clarification about the public notice and monitoring requirements specified in the Notice of Non-Compliance issued by the Authority on November 16, 2015. I told David that public notice must be disributed due to the very high arsenic in sample results collected in June and August regardless of the current situation. I stated that the notice could explain that the situation is resolved but that it must still address the sample results so water users have the information about potential exposure and the associated health risks. I told david that once notice is published that monthly sampling is required for six months before the schedule can be closed. David stated that sample results were collected in November and December with results below the MCL but that they apparently havent been reported yet. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice to be distributed to the water users and a copy sent to the Authority along with monthly monitoring for arsenic until at least April 2016.
