Details:	SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Harold notified me via letter that he has completed the coliform sampling plan and operations and maintenance manual. The system has an identified setback issue with a cemetery being with in 100 of there well, the system is not going to pursue any action at this time in regards to the setback issue as it has not shown to be impacting the well. ACTION NEEDED: None.
