Details:	SUMMARY: Contacted water system regarding sanitary survey significant deficiencies (30 day notification requirement). DETAILS: Contacted Mr. David Mohn regarding the cover letter and water system survey that was sent on January 5, 2016 (30 day requirement). Mr. Mohn indicated that he would send an email regarding the significant deficiencies that have been corrected, such as the installation of a water sample tap. Mr. Mohn was also informed that he needed to correct all significant deficiencies within 180days or be on a plan to correct the deficiencies. ACTION NEEDED: Provide documentation on the significant deficiencies that have been corrected since the survey. The system will also need to correct all other significant deficiencies within 180days or be on a plan to correct the deficiencies.
