Details:	SUMMARY: update on LT2 and Lead and Copper DETAILS: I contacted Jim since I still had not received the "Intent to Install Maximum Treatment" form to comply with LT2 (rather than conduct the bi-weekly E. coli sampling). He says they sent it, but will check exactly where it was sent when back in the office. Re: lead and copper, Jim said that even though the Sept 2015 sample from the girls bathroom was invalidated for extended holding time, they went ahead and replaced that fixture. They had conducted other plumbing replacement in late 2014, and discontinued pH adjustment (corrosion control) after that. I reiterated that at this point, we need a full round of 5 lead and copper samples collected during the first half of 2016, and if good, their lead and copper schedule may be returned to annual. Their first annual samples would be due between June 1 - Sept 30 of 2017. Sent him an email to confirm this. ACTION NEEDED: Jim will re-submit the LT2 form and make sure I get a copy.
