Details:	SUMMARY: Advise on BMPs for upcoming work causing loss of pressure DETAILS: Idanha will be installing an isolation valve to isolate their backwash plumbing from all distribution plumbing. During this installation, there will be no pressure throughout the distribution system. Robert wanted to know what coliform sampling he needed to do before lifting the cautionary boil notice. I informed him there is no set number-- it is up to them to determine an adequate number based on their layout & conditions. They should target distribution lines that they think might have the most leaks (where contamination would be most likely to creep into non-pressurized lines). I emailed Robert the Best Management Practice (approved by DWAC) for service outages due to reduced pressure events. I also suggested they use "special" samples for internal feedback before raising their precautionary boil notice. Only the routine monthly coliform samples need to be reported to DWS. ACTION NEEDED: Requested that Bob let us know when the Boil Advisory will be in effect, and when it is lifted. Requested a copy of the public notice at that time.
