Details: SUMMARY: DBP MCL Corrective Action Plan Received DETAILS: On 12/31/15 I received an e-mail containing the Corrective Action Plan from the City on how they plan to resolve the DBP MCL violations. The e-mail stated that the City will continue its flushing procedures, but increase to twice per month in several problem areas. They will also continue to recirculate the chlorine solution twice daily to reduce the chance of residuals spiking. The City anticipates to be in compliance by July of 2016. ACTION NEEDED: City to implement Corrective Action Plan at this time. City is also to continue quarterly DBP monitoring, issue Tier 2 public notice for each quarter the DBP MCL is exceeded, submit an updated OEL report for each quarter the OEL is exceeded, and submit their written flushing program to OHA-DWS.
