Details:	SUMMARY: Ethylene Dibromide Detection and Nitrate Detection DETAILS: Sample collected 1/19/2016 had a detection level of 0.000010000 for Ethylene Dibromide (EDB). The firm was contacted via phone and I talked with Raed Mardini. He was made aware of the sample result was instructed to continue annually testing for EDB in the first quarter of the year. A schedule change form has been submitted for the annual testing for EDB to be done in the first quarter of the year.Sample collected 1/19/2016 had a detection level of 7.500000000 for Nitrate. The firm was contacted via phone and I talked with Raed Mardini. The firm has shown through quarterly testing in 2011 that the nitrate level does not fluctuate seasonally, so annual testing shall be sufficient. ACTION NEEDED: Continue the annual testing for EDB in the first quarter of the year.Continue the annual testing for Nitrate and provided future sampling does not show increase in Nitrate levels the annual testing shall be sufficient.
