Details: SUMMARY: Repeat Distribution Sample TC+ After a Routine TC+ / E-coli+ DETAILS: I spoke to Gary Watts with Alpine Pump who tests and services the system. I explained the new RTCR. Gary was informed to issue a BWN. I provided Gary with the Level 1 investigation tool, the BWN FAQ and the BWN notice template. They were instructed to to try to find the root cause of the issue before shock chlorinating. They were instructed to take two routine distribution samples after shock chlorination, but to insure the chlorine was at 0 ppm before doing so. If results come back clean then the BWN could be lifted. I also spoke to Debbie Cassidy who confirmed the BWN was sent to customers on 3/16/16. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for routine test results.
