Details:	SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey Corrective Action DETAILS: I contacted Ms. Roos-Franklin due to the water systems failure to provide written verification that the chlorine residual is being measured and recorded at the required frequency and the date the corrective action was made, or be on an approved schedule for correction by March 12, 2016. Ms. Roos-Franklin said she is unaware of the status of the corrective action and will look into the matter today and respond accordingly as soon as possible.
