Details:	SUMMARY: Well #2 had to be Placed in Service Due to Piping Separation in the Well House DETAILS: System contacted me and informed me of a piping break. Water pressure was low but never a no pressure situation. The operator placed a boil water notice on this system without checking with NCPHD. Since the system never lost pressure and the break was above ground it may not have needed a boil water. Since the notice was issued I recommended that it stay on until the system could supply test results to show there were no issues with water quality. Testing will be followed up on 4-4-16-- due to lab location and hours of operation. ACTION NEEDED: None.
