| Details: | SUMMARY: User Complaint Response DETAILS: The complainant stated that two people in her household were ill with intestinal symptoms. They had stopped using the water at time of complaint. The contacts information was sent to the CD team.Leonard Bigsby, the water system operator, stated that there was no main line break but that one of the tenants was doing some repairs on the line to their house. Upon doing repairs, he had to shut off the water and the valve was stuck. In order to help this tenant fix their valve, Leonard had to turn off the main line and that valve got stuck as well. He then had Hillsboro Pump come out and repair the valves so the water could be turned back on. Since the water had been sitting in the lines, you flushed the line and ran chlorine through to clean the line. He stated that when he has to flush the lines some debris may come out when the water is ran initially. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
