Details:	SUMMARY: Def Follow Up DETAILS: Jeron contacted me about changing the well they are currently using for the public water system because the other well is not within the 100 setback to the blueberries. They have also been in contact with Jay. Jeron wanted to know if they could start switching the water lines now. I told him Jay really needs to be the one to answer that. I told him I think he should wait until they get the testing done to see if the well will be able to get approval.We also discussed the def. from the survey.Items corrected at this point: They now have a coliform sampling plan, an ERP, an O&M and a certified operator.The two remaining items are setbacks from the blueberries and final plan review approval. Both of these items are being worked on. I have extended the deadline for correction to 9/30/16. ACTION NEEDED: None.
