Details: SUMMARY: +TC and E.coli samples from 4-28-16 DETAILS: On 4-28-16, Westridge Subdivision took a RT sample at their treated wellhead tap and it was +TC and E.coli. They took five (5) repeats on 4-29-16…two samples at homes, one at their cistern, one from the treated wellhead tap, and another one at their raw wellhead tap. All samples had 0.0 chlorine residuals.Wayne is taking five (5) confirmation samples at the raw wellhead tap today, 5-2-16 to confirm the wellhead.They sent out the systems boil water notice 4-29-16 via email, and will also send out the states template for boil water notice today, 5-2-16. These will be sent to the state today, 5-2-16.After all samples are taken, Wayne is going to shock the system for 24 hours and then take another round of repeat samples.Wayne is evaluating their chlorinator pump and the chlorines expiration. He is taking it out and cleaning it. This may be a problem.If these repeat samples after shocking show any E. coli, then evaluation of their well will begin.Wayne is also conducting a Level 1 investigation and that will be sent to the state by Friday, 5-6-16. ACTION NEEDED: Will see results on 5-3-16.
