Details:	SUMMARY: Deficiency Follow Up DETAILS: Still working with system to wrap up deficiencies noted during December survey. Called Butch again this morning and discussed need for DRC form and contract, ASR, CCR. Butch said he received a call from Dottie Reynolds as well reminding. He said he would definitely work on it in the next couple days and get forms into owner for signatures. ACTION NEEDED: Submit missing documents.
