Details:	SUMMARY: Survey Deficiencies DETAILS: Spoke to the owner of the system, Jeff Mishkin, about the significant deficiencies from the December 9, 2015 survey. Jeff sent in the ASRs for 2015 and 2016, sent the operator of the park, Theron, a copy of the current ERP and had Theron attend the small water system course and send required paperwork to DMCE. All of these deficiencies have been corrected.Jeff does not agree with the setback issue needing to be corrected. He said he will not be making any updates as described in his letter dated 2/9/16. ACTION NEEDED: None.
