Details:	SUMMARY: Joint Monitoring Plan DETAILS: Carrie Gentry and Kari Salis from OHA met with Yone Akagi, Kim Gupta, Scott Bradway, and Randy Albright from Portland Water Bureau (PWB) to discuss their Joint Monitoring Plan (JMP) for lead and copper. PWB told us about their corrosion study to determine how and why lead is released in the system. We discussed that Tigard would be leaving the JMP after this spring round since they will no longer be using PWB water. OHA stated that systems that have a significant contribution from another water source that does not match PWB water may not be appropriate for the JMP. We also discussed various monitoring and regulatory questions about the lead and copper rule. ACTION NEEDED: PWB to propose changes to the JMP in May for the fall sampling round.
