Details:	SUMMARY: TC+ routine monthly sample DETAILS: A voice message was left for the admon contact Lois Smith on 6/10/16. Ed Taber is a back up to the water system so I called him about the positive sample as there had been no return call or samples submitted to the lab yet. He will get the samples collected and brought in to the lab either today or tomorrow (6/15/16). ACTION NEEDED: Take 3 repeat samples and 1 triggered source sample. Additional follow up will be based on sample results.
