Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up on OERS 2016-1504 DETAILS: I notified Dave via phone and email of the spill report, OERS 2016-1504, noting a 4 by 20 foot rainbow sheen from an unknown source at Sand Island in the Columbia River. This is upstream from the Citys Ranney Wells, located on the banks of the river. No specific contact information was included on the report for the party making the observation. ACTION NEEDED: Nothing at this time. DWS to notify City if any additional information on the sheen is received.
