Details:	SUMMARY: FUNDING ASSISTANCE DETAILS: The Wamic Water Association owns and operates a groundwater system that provides water to 150 people through 60 connections. The water system has 2 wells and a small water reservoir. The Circuit Rider was contacted by IFA and the water system to provide an evaluation of the system which will help point the correct direction for future planning and funding needs. Circuit Rider had previously provided recommendations for reservoir sizing and other system improvements in 2008. In addition, a Circuit Rider visit was conducted in 2015 to further review the condition of the water system assets. Assisted the water system and Loren Shultz (Oregon IFA) with funding search. The water system had been notified by the IFA that they were qualified for planning assistance funding. Loren Shultz has retired, so the water system was unclear as to the requirements for the funding. Corresponded with IFA regarding requirements for the planning assistance funding (SAPP). Reviewed requirements and system needs with Nancy Martin. ACTION NEEDED: None needed at this time.
