Details:	SUMMARY: TC+ Alert Follow Up DETAILS: System took 5 temp routines following positive routine and repeats in June. System does not have to take temp routines, but ordered the tests before I explained rule change. All 5 temp routines positive from distribution. Well absent on 6/30. Talked to Eric and Jimmy and they repaired a line break but never shock chlorinated the system afterward. Eric chlorinated reservoir Sunday the 17th and will take samples early August as verification samples and satisfy routine monthly sampling. Eric said he will submit investigation form next week. ACTION NEEDED: Take samples in August to make sure chlorination removed all coliforms and submit Level 1 investigation form by the 28th of July.
