Details:	SUMMARY: DBP status and reduction of LCR schedule DETAILS: Sent Jim an email yesterday about missing the 2nd Q DBP sample, garnering a violation for non-reporting as well as another for the continued exceedance above the MCL (based on running annual average, RAA). Explained that the RAA cannot come down without new sample results to average in. Included the Tier 2 public notice template for chemical MCL violation-- a copy must be received by Sept 5, 2016. CCd the email to director Roger Langlie. Also stated that the 2nd set of 60-month lead and copper results (from March 2016) allows us to reduce that schedule from 6-months to annual. Jim phoned today. He will collect the 3rd quarter DBP samples next week. Since he cannot now make up the 2nd Q ones for this year, the RAA will be based on the 4 most recent quarterly results that we have. ACTION NEEDED: Notified DMCE to reduce the lead and copper sampling schedule to annual. First annual monitoring should be collected during the period of June - Sept 2017.
