Details:	SUMMARY: Boil Water Notice DETAILS: from operator:Notice issued to KTIL and KMUN follows:>Neahkahnie Water District experienced a water main failure at approximately 11:30 AM Tuesday July 26th in the vicinity of Lower Meadow Loop Road and Upper Sandune Road. Anyone experiencing an extended water service outage is advised to flush all cold water taps once pressure is restored and boil any water to be used for consumption 24 hours after service is restored.<Plus, of the 7 homes affected, I made contact with 2 owners, the others were vacant.This occurred in conjunction with installing a pressure reducing valve in a main line in the lower Meadows development. A live connection separated while work was in progress. I had originally notified customers of the planned work. We had everything back together by 6:00PM Tuesday. Just returned 2:15 PM today (Wednesday) from Alexin Labs where I dropped off a coliform sample taken at 9:30 this morning. We checked chlorine residual at the same time this morning and it measured 0.56 ppm. ACTION NEEDED: None.
