Details:	SUMMARY: Katsue Called Regarding the Violation for not Submitting a RT Sample for the Month of May and why they must now Sample Monthly DETAILS: Alert ID: 903497708I explained that the change to monthly sampling schedule is the result of a rule change for all seasonal water systems. She then told me that this water system is now a year round system. She also asked whether they could get by with quarterly sampling since they are now a year round use system. She also stated that their lab had mislabeled a sample for Camp 1 as being from Oregon Harvesting Camp #2 (PWS#4194611.) They sent in a revised sample report. ACTION NEEDED: Get back to Katsue about her question concerning quarterly sampling. Updated system information page to reflect it is now a year round use water system.
