Details:	SUMMARY: COLI 15796 DETAILS: OPRD Saddle Mountain representative contacted Joe Carlson at SDW. Joe instructed the individual to collect three repeat samples and one triggered source sample from the spring. The individual indicated they would collect the samples and send them to the lab that afternoon. Received email from Evan Hofeld that we should follow up with the operator to ensure the samples were collected. Emailed Gary at gary.mcdaniel@oregon.gov to follow up with the requirements. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
