Details:	SUMMARY: Help with Plan Review Submission DETAILS: Anxious to complete the process for approval to put a new well into service for the church, Gary Lillie dropped off an envelope of documents intended for plan review submission requesting help to determine where to mail them as he had received nothing indicating this? He also asked if there would be an additional fee as he believed he had already paid once with his original submission.I agreed to email my best guesses of who might know where to mail his envelope and if I received no response within the next day, it would be mailed to the Portland office as per the DWS plan review website. I also explained county personnel had no role in tracking fees charged/collected by DWS and recommended that he call DWS @ 971-673-0405 to see if there was any record of previous payment he had made or if additional fees become due as the plan review process continues. ACTION NEEDED: Envelope posted to DWS Medford as per Scott Currys instruction received via email.
