Details: SUMMARY: Deficiency Resolutions for Above System DETAILS: Mr. Nix has provided me with copies of the operations manual, ERP, and coliform sampling plan. In addition, I have inspected the systems recent reconstruction of the well and have determined the sanitary seal/casing is watertight, the wellhead is protected from flooding, and a treated sample tap has been installed. ACTION NEEDED: Please mark all the following deficiencies as resolved:1. No operations/maintenance manual, 2. No emergency response plan, 3. No coliform sampling plan, 4. Sanitary seal/casing not watertight, 5. Wellhead not protected from flooding, 6. No treated sample tap
