Details:	SUMMARY: Significant Deficiency Corrections for Water Survey Conducted on April 13, 2016 DETAILS: Significant defiencies: 1. There is no screen on existing well vent. (OAR 333-061-0076): Place screen on well vent.Recommendations: 2. Storage of chemicals in the pressure tank storage area. This includes a back pack sprayer and a large container of pesticide. These chemicals should not be stored in the room housing the pressure tank.3. Currently the Park has a host staying on site that is connected to the water system. This connection does not have a back flow device. A back flow device is necessary to ensure that water does not flow back into the well, potentially contaminating it.4. Well housing has signs of rodent damage. Well housing needs to be cleaned reinsulated and sealed to prevent rodents from entering. ACTION NEEDED: Significant defiencies: Corrected screen was placed on vent.Recommendations: Recommendations 2-4 have been corrected.
