Details:	SUMMARY: Plan Review DETAILS: Operator has installed a new filtration system. This includes UV, green sand filter, and carbon filter. Operator is chlorinating untreated water and then filtering the water through the green sand filter and carbon filter. System was modified by a plumbing company in Florence called Chucks Plumbing. Plan review for modifications has not been completed.Operator is using park and park uses water system.MPA is required of this system. Operator was given previous documentation of needed MPA. ACTION NEEDED: Complete plan review. If needed have Chucks Plumbing submit required information. Operator was given plan review requirements documents.System is in inactive status. System needs to be reactivated.Take required samples. Obtain samples from certified lab or have lab come test.Samples required: 1) Sample at well tap. Label sample source.2) Take nitrate sample at well.3) Take a sample in distribution. Make sure to label sample with location. Use coliform sampling plan.
