Details:	SUMMARY: deficiency correction and extension DETAILS: The two disinfection deficiencies have been corrected: DPD kit was purchased and system is checking the free chlorine residual at least 2x a week and recording it. Nancy did attend the SWSTC in Baker City on Sept. 27th. The DRC form needs to be filled out and submitted along with a copy of the class certificate. ACTION NEEDED: An extension is requested for the 4 remaining items to correct: ASR report not issued, O&M, ERP and certified operator. The extended deadline is asked to be Feb. 1, 2017.
