Details:	SUMMARY: Received letter DETAILS: I received a call from Ms. Walker at the Holt Group regarding the letter I mailed on October 13. She stated this was the first time she was notified about uncorrected deficiencies at the water system and would take action to ensure they are corrected as quickly as possible. ACTION NEEDED: Await notice that the deficiencies were corrected or that corrections are underway and respond accordingly.
