Details:	SUMMARY: Lead and copper samples taken under the EPA 3Ts guidance DETAILS: I spoke with Bob and Erica Amt (503) 464-8310, regarding September 24, 2016, lead and copper samples taken at all the drinking water fixtures at PGE Beaver. These samples are collected under the EPA 3Ts guidance for schools, and are 250 milliliter (mL) samples. Since they are not 1-Liter samples, they would not meet regulatory requirements for public water system lead and copper compliance monitoring, and thus, would not count towards the systems compliance with the lead/copper action level at the 90th percentile value. System will proceed to replace fixtures with first draw samples that had high lead levels, and retest. ACTION NEEDED: System to send in any follow up sampling conducted for lead and copper under the 3Ts guidance to DWS. I forwarded the tiered criteria for sample site selection to Beaver staff to review for future lead and copper public water system regulatory sampling with the next due in the summer of 2018.
