Details: SUMMARY: No Nitrate Test 2015 DETAILS: I contacted Ms. Alner and informed her that the water system failed to submit a water sample in 2015 to an approved laboratory to be analyzed for nitrates. Ms. Alner stated she will submit a water sample to an approved laboratory to be tested for nitrates on 11-7-2016. I reminded her of the requirement to submit a routine water sample to be tested for nitrates once per calendar year. ACTION NEEDED: Submit a water sample to an approved laboratory and have it analyzed for nitrates on 11-7-2016.
