Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate Level Over 1/2 the MCL DETAILS: Oregon Horse Center was misinformed to collect quarterly samples. OHC has been contacted due to all of the samples being Reliably and Consistantly below the MCL, the system only needs to sample annually. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor nitrate levels annually.
