Details:	SUMMARY: Follow-up on 2016 water system survey DETAILS: On September 8th, I received a letter and enclosures regarding the deficiencies identified during the city’s 2016 Water System Survey. The deficiencies have been entered as corrected with exception to the Operations and Maintenance Manual. See Site Visit Page for details. A due date to complete the manual was extended to March 30, 2017. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time.
